1 YEAR WARRANTY ON REPAIRS

RevitaVet Therapeutic Systems (RTS) warrants each new RevitaVet. IR2. device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the delivery of equipment, and is expressly limited solely to the original purchaser (user) and does not extend to any transferee, assignee or subsequent purchaser or user of the RevitaVet product.

All items sent for repair or replacement in conformity with the terms of the warranty should be sent insured and properly packaged. RevitaVet™ Therapeutic assumes no responsibility for products that have been lost or damaged during shipment.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY:

Light Therapy Technologies (LTT) warrants each new device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the delivery of equipment, and is expressly limited solely to the original purchaser (user) and does not extend to any transferee, assignee or subsequent purchaser or user of the RevitaVet™ Product. The obligation of LTT under this warranty is expressly solely and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement of Controller and treating pads (electronics components), which to the satisfaction of LTT, shall have become defective during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to any liability to medical expenses or for any other direct, indirect or consequential damages caused by failure, defect or malfunction of any RevitaVet™ product, except as herein provided.

This warranty shall not apply to any RevitaVet™ product which has been repaired, tampered with or altered by someone other than a duly authorized LTT representative, or which has not been used in accordance with the enclosed instructions or stated purpose.  All accessories used with a RevitaVet™ system must be provided by LTT or authorized representative including, but not limited the power supply, battery, battery charger and securing straps. If items of this nature not provided by LTT or authorized representative are used with a RevitaVet™ system, this warranty will be voided. Additionally, LTT will not be held liable for any mishaps relating to the RevitaVet™ product. This warranty is warranted by LTT and is deemed to be the only warranty honored by LTT in lieu of any and all warranties expressed or provided by any and all other merchants, distributors, companies or persons. No person or entity has any authority to bind any RevitaVet™ product to any warranty or guarantee except as specifically set forth herein.

Defective RevitaVet™ equipment must be returned to LTT.

LTT disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties relating to the use of the product and/or result from the use of the product and any warranties which may be implied as a result of the purpose for which the product was manufactured. Not every animal may obtain desired results from the use of any RevitaVet™ system. In no event will LTT be held responsible or liable for any failure to produce claimed results arising out of the use or non- use of any RevitaVet™ Product.
